In Cyprus, the aim of the training was to equip the participants with tools to enhance the well-being of long-term patients through the transformative power of theater.The training was organised in Pafos, in 2 sessions with a total participation of 57 people. The sessions were organised on the 12th of October and on the 6th of November 2023. The main topic of the training was “Theatre as a Means of Inclusion in Long-term Patients.” In the framework of the training, there were presented specialized theater techniques tailored for individuals facing long-term health challenges. From guided improvisation to therapeutic drama, the training led the participants to discover how theater becomes a medium for emotional expression, empathy development, and community building in healthcare settings. The training was addressed to healthcare professionals, therapists, or artists seeking to make a positive impact.
